About Wild Prairie Equine

The Wild Prairie Story

My longing to dive deeper into the world of equine & animal bodywork came when I started my own equine rescue, Casa Ventosa, in 2018.  Many of the horses in our care have ailments.  When I would have other bodyworkers work on the horses, I felt like there was something lacking.  In 2020, I was introduced to the Masterson Method.  Their program extends well beyond what is on the market and made a solid foundation for moving forward.
I like to tell my clients I have a conversation with their horse. I ask the horse to show me where they have tension or pain.  We then go, junction by junction, throughout the entire body and relieve that tension. I couple this with other modalities that I find complement Masterson Method extremely well, including PEMF (Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field), taping, red light therapy and nutritional services.  The result is a relaxed animal that has released tension to move more freely with less pain.

I believe that ongoing education and development allows me to care more deeply for your horse. I am constantly learning new ways to expand my experience with horses and as a bodywork facilitator. My intuition, feel and drive to see horses at their best is what motivates me to keep expanding my experience and knowledge.  In doing so, I believe that I am creating a better relationship with your horse, and you as an owner.
